Terms & Partnership Guidelines
Aesthetic Online operates as a curated marketplace and commercial intermediary.
The Partner remains the legal seller of its products. Aesthetic Online facilitates sales, processes marketplace orders and collects customer payments on behalf of the Partner.
For multi-brand purchases, each Partner remains responsible for its own products, fulfilment and delivery.
Products can be connected through a Shopify API integration, dynamic product feed or another agreed method.
The Partner must provide accurate and up-to-date product information, including prices, SKUs, variants and stock availability. Aesthetic Online manages the integration, presentation and ongoing marketplace updates.
Orders are forwarded to the relevant Partner automatically or manually, depending on the agreed integration.
The Partner is responsible for:
- Processing and dispatching orders within 1–3 business days
- Maintaining accurate stock availability
- Packaging and shipping
- Providing tracking information where available
- Informing Aesthetic Online of delays or unavailable products
Aesthetic Online provides a monthly settlement overview showing completed sales, shipping fees, commission, returns, refunds and other agreed adjustments.
Aesthetic Online issues an invoice for the applicable commission. This commission is deducted from the amount collected on behalf of the Partner.
The Partner remains responsible for its own product sales administration and applicable taxes.
Each Partner has its own shipping fee based on its shipping origin and available delivery countries.
The full shipping fee collected for a Partner order is included in the Partner’s settlement. For multi-brand orders, a separate shipping fee may apply to each Partner shipment.
Partners may choose to offer free shipping, but this is optional. Aesthetic Online does not apply general free shipping above a certain order value.
All shipping costs are displayed to the customer before payment.
Aesthetic Online is the primary contact for marketplace inquiries, return requests and customer refunds.
The Partner remains responsible for product-related questions, fulfilment, tracking information, receiving returns and inspecting returned products.
The Partner must confirm the receipt and outcome of a return within five business days, after which Aesthetic Online processes the applicable refund.
Commission rates are agreed individually with each Partner.
Commission only applies to successfully completed product sales and is not charged on shipping fees, cancelled orders, returned products or fully refunded products.
There are no onboarding, listing, marketplace or monthly partnership fees.
The Partner determines its retail prices. Aesthetic Online will not apply promotions that reduce the Partner’s agreed revenue without prior approval.
Any Welcome Discount funded by Aesthetic Online does not reduce the Partner’s settlement.
On the first day of each month, the Partner receives a settlement overview for the previous calendar month.
The remaining balance, after deducting commission, returns, refunds and other agreed adjustments, is paid within five business days after the settlement documentation has been completed.
Shipping fees collected for the Partner are included in the payout.
The Partner is responsible for:
- Product quality, safety and legal compliance
- Accurate product, price and stock information
- Order fulfilment, packaging and shipping
- Tracking information where available
- Receiving and inspecting returns
- Warranty claims and product-related customer service
- Compliance with applicable consumer, product and tax laws
Aesthetic Online is responsible for:
- Operating and managing the marketplace
- Product presentation and brand visibility
- Processing orders and collecting payments on behalf of the Partner
- Marketplace-related customer communication
- Receiving return requests and processing refunds
- Monthly reporting, commission invoicing and Partner payouts
- Content, marketing and promotional visibility
