At Aesthetic Online, we collaborate with carefully selected wellness, active living and lifestyle brands. While all orders are placed through Aesthetic Online, products are fulfilled and shipped directly by our partner brands.
Shipping Destinations
We currently ship to the following countries:
- The Netherlands
- Belgium
- Luxembourg
Shipping Costs
The following shipping rates apply:
- Orders below €75: €4.95 shipping fee
- Orders of €75 or more: Free shipping
These rates apply to deliveries within our current shipping destinations.
Order Processing & Dispatch
Partner brands are required to process and dispatch orders within 1-3 business days after receiving the order.
Once an order has been dispatched, delivery times may vary depending on:
- The destination country
- The shipping carrier
- Seasonal demand and public holidays
Estimated delivery times provided by carriers are outside the control of Aesthetic Online and our partner brands.
Direct Brand Fulfilment
All products sold through Aesthetic Online are fulfilled directly by the respective partner brand.
This means that shipping, order preparation and dispatch are managed by the brand supplying the product. By working directly with brands, we are able to offer a carefully curated selection of premium products while maintaining product quality and authenticity.
Order Tracking
Where available, tracking information will be provided once your order has been dispatched.
Delays
Although our partner brands aim to dispatch orders within the agreed timeframe, occasional delays may occur due to circumstances beyond their control, including:
- Carrier delays
- Weather conditions
- Peak shopping periods
- Customs processing (if applicable)
